Billecart-Salmon Brut Nature is bone dry as no sugar is added. It is a brut white blend Champagne consisting of 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 40% Meunier. 100% has been aged in stainless steel.
Nose: "The fragrance consists of a vibrant aromatic profile of orchard fruits, fresh citrus and small pains au lait."
Palate: "The taste has a deliciously chiseled mineral tension. It is a well balanced, nicely rounded, and lightly sparkling sensation of white flesh fruits, lime trees, and almond cream."
