Nose: "An expressive nose full of notes of brioche and crème fraiche which evolve into delicate marzipan aromas. After some time in the glass, hints of acacia honey and pâte de fruits emerge."
Palate: "Remarkably textured, bringing a generous creaminess to the palate. Notes of toasted hazelnuts blend seamlessly into a chocolatey finish which is enhanced by dried fruits such as apricot and delicate notes of quince jelly. A lovely freshness, more bright acidity than saline, brings exceptional complexity."
