PRODUCER TASTING NOTES
Nose: The fragrance opens with fruity notes of apple, rhubarb, quince and mirabelle plum. After a few moments, hazelnut aromas complement the aromatic palette.

Palate: The taste is a wonderful creamy effervescence yielding to a delectable and expressive quality. Exotic flavors, with brioche and hints of stewed fruit, precede a lively saline finish reminiscent of yuzu.
