Iron Horse Brut X 2019 is a brut white blend sparkling wine consisting of 77% Pinot Noir and 23% Chardonnay. It is a very dry sparkling wine with less than 2 grams per liter of sugar is added.
Nose: "Aromas of baked apple pie, vanilla, strawberry and lemon."
Palate: "Creamy through the mouth, with great acidity. Green apple is very present on the front palate, dried apricot on the mid palate, followed by a hint of frangipane on the back palate."
