Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial Champagne is a demi-sec white blend. It was created to be enjoyed on ice. It is a blend of 40%-50% Pinot Noir, 10%-20% Chardonnay, and 30%-40% Meunier. The assemblage is 20% to 30% reserve wines.
Nose: "The fragrance is an intense, fruity bouquet. There is a powerful aroma of tropical fruits (mango, guava) with a sumptuousness of stone fruits (nectarine) and an original note of raspberry."
Palate: "It has a broad, fleshy, voluptuous flavor of a fresh fruit salad along with a captivating sweetness of caramel and quince jelly. There is also a refreshing acidity of grapefruit and ginger notes."
