Bollinger Rose' is a non-vintage brut rose' Champagne. It is a blend of 60% pinot noir, 25% chardonnay, and 15% meunier grapes. An additional 5% to 6% red wine is an agent of style. Bollinger Rose' is an assembly of over 85% grand and premier crus.
PRODUCER TASTING NOTES
Nose: The aroma has the nobility of red berries with hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry. It also has a spicy touch, not unlike Special Cuvée.
Palate: A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity with a tannic finish due to the adjunction of red wine. Bubbles are as fine as velvet with flavors of wild berries.
