Bollinger Champagne is the second largest independent Champagne House. It was founded in the Ay region of Champagne in the year 1829.
Bollinger Rosé is a non-vintage brut rosé Champagne. It is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier. An additional 5% to 6% red wine is an agent of style. Bollinger Rosé is an assembly of over 85% grand and premier crus.
Nose: "The aroma has the nobility of red berries with hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry. It also has a spicy touch, not unlike Special Cuvée."
Palate: "A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity with a tannic finish due to the adjunction of red wine. Bubbles are as fine as velvet with flavors of wild berries."
