Schramsberg originated in Napa Valley in 1862 on the slopes of Diamond Mountain. Napa's oldest hillside vineyards. In 1965, using grapes from the Charles Krug Champagne winery, it's Blanc de Blancs became the first Chardonnay sparkling wine in America. Visitors are welcome at their charming Napa Valley winery.

Schramsberg J Schram Rose' 2014 is a brut sparkling wine consisting of 31% Pinot Noir and 69% Chardonnay. 38% is oak barrel fermentation.
Nose: "Opening aromas of grapefruit zest, baked peach, orange and apricot, are balanced with notes of candied cherry, raspberry, and baking spice."
Palate: "On the full and juicy palate, dense layers of orange zest and bright cherry intermingle with flavors of apple crumble and dense red berry. Finishing with a creamy and coating palate, this wine is truly a celebration for the senses."
