Krug Grande Cuvee 169 is a multi-vintage brut white blend Champagne consisting of 43% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 22% Meunier. The 169 edition was composed around the 2013 harvest. In all, reserve wines made up 40% of the final blend.
Nose: "Aromas are of flowers in bloom, ripe, dried and citrus fruits, as well as marzipan and gingerbread."
Palate: "Flavors are of almond paste, quince, lemon, limoncello and dried fruit."
