Krug Grande Cuvee 172 is a multi-vintage brut white blend Champagne consisting of 44% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier grapes. The 172 edition is a blend from 10 different years, the youngest of which is from 2016 and the oldest dates back to 1998.
Nose: "Aromas are of flowers in bloom, ripe, dried and citrus fruits, as well as marzipan and gingerbread."
Palate: "Flavors are of hazelnut, nougat, barley sugar, jellied and citrus fruits, almonds, brioche and honey."
